The Lins Lock is a creative kneebar variation named after its creator, Heriberto Lins. It is most commonly set up from the half guard position. The attacker threads their leg through the opponent's legs, securing a deep grip on the thigh. By controlling the opponent's foot and extending their own hips, they create a powerful lever against the knee joint, similar to a standard kneebar but with a unique entry and control mechanism that can be difficult for opponents to recognize and defend.
