01 · SESSION LOG

Every session, tagged. Twenty seconds in the car park.

Pick the type of session, the discipline, and the techniques or combos you worked. Add rounds if you sparred, a note if something clicked. That’s the whole habit, and everything else on this page grows out of it.

  • Class, drilling, sparring, competition, solo or private
  • Techniques come from the library, so names stay consistent and countable
  • Attach a clip from the session if you filmed it

02 · TOOLKIT

The honest version of your game.

Every technique and combination you’ve ever logged, with how many sessions it came up in and when you last touched it. Six months in, the pattern is obvious: what you actually drill, and what you only think you do.

  • Tap a technique to see every session it appeared in
  • Reps for striking combos, sessions for grappling techniques
  • Filter by discipline, or by what's gone cold

03 · FLOWCHARTS

Turn moves into a system.

Drag positions, transitions, submissions and combos onto a canvas and connect them. It’s your game the way it exists in your head, except now you can see the gaps. Three months later you add a branch. A year later you can see how it grew.

  • Grappling maps and striking combo trees use the same builder
  • Share a chart, or browse ones other fighters and coaches have published
  • Nodes link back to the technique library

04 · GUIDED ROUNDS

Your flowchart, called out in your ear.

Drop a Start node on a striking flowchart and press play. The app reads combos aloud, rotates between branches so you don’t fall into the same three, and paces your rounds and rests. When you’re done, one tap logs the workout and every combo you ran lands in your toolkit.

  • Set round length, rest, and how many rounds
  • Works on the bag, on pads, or shadowboxing in your living room
  • Run a published workout, or build your own

05 · CALENDAR & UPCOMING

See the week you actually trained.

Logged sessions, guided workouts and any lessons you’ve booked with a coach sit on one calendar. Scroll back a month and you can see when you were consistent, when you fell off, and what you were working on at the time.

  • Upcoming lessons with the coach's name, venue and time
  • Tap any day to open the sessions you logged

06 · COACHING

What your coach told you, kept.

If your coach is on After The Mat, their side of your training lives here too. Timestamped video reviews you can replay six months later. Notes from a private. A plan with the week you’re on. None of it disappears when class ends.

  • Book a private or send a round for review from your coach's profile
  • Coaches set their own prices for their time. The app itself stays free
  • No coach? Everything above still works on its own

07 · LIBRARY

The names behind the tags.

Every technique you log comes from a shared library across grappling and striking, so “knee cut” means the same thing in your toolkit, your flowcharts and your coach’s notes. Browse it, read the articles, and borrow flowcharts other fighters have published.

  • Techniques by discipline and position
  • Published flowcharts and striking workouts you can copy
  • Articles on training, competing and getting coached

How it’s built

Three things we won’t change.

It's free for athletes.

Logging, the toolkit, flowcharts, guided rounds and the library. No tiers, no trial clock, no card. The only thing you ever pay for is a coach's time, at the price that coach sets.

It doesn't train for you.

No AI-generated programs, no invented stats. It remembers what you did and shows it back to you honestly. The improving is still yours to do.

It works where you train.

Runs in your browser on any phone, and can be added to your home screen like an app. Log in the car park, play rounds at the bag, read a review on the couch.

Start tonight

That’s the app. Use what’s useful.

Start with the session log tonight and let the rest fill in.
