Notes

  • They push your jaw or chest with the far arm - catch the wrist and pin it to the mat - slide your other hand under and grab your own wrist - keep their elbow bent, paint the mat and lift
  • They are hugging over your shoulder - grab shoulder on far side - swim cross face over their head to post - bring elbow up and keep pressure
