Darce choke

The D'Arce choke is a powerful arm-triangle variation typically applied from top control positions during transitions from side control, guard, or turtle. Begin by looping one arm around the opponent's neck, keeping your forearm tight against their throat. With your other arm, reach through the opponent's armpit and secure a grip on your own head or shoulder. Lean in with your body weight while squeezing your grip, aiming to constrict the opponent's carotid arteries and cut off blood flow to the brain. The D'Arce choke can be a very effective submission if applied correctly, forcing a tap from the opponent due to the intense pressure on their neck.
