Bicep Slicer

1 / 4
/Overview

The bicep slicer is a powerful limb manipulation technique that primarily targets the bicep by applying pressure through joint twisting and tension. It is often applied from positions such as side control or mount, where you can establish full grips to force your arm across the opponent's limb. Securely lock in your position and pin their limb, preventing any escape. Bring your outer bone (usually the lower leg or shin) down against their bicep while maintaining a firm hold. Move yourself towards their arm area, applying heavy torque as if to hyperextend. This pressure from multiple angles increases the force exponentially, effectively targeting the bicep and leading to a quick submission when performed correctly.
